A native Texan, Loyce has lived in Northeast Tarrant County since 1966. Her husband, Wayne, has retired from the Corps of Engineers and now assists Loyce with all her Sellers and Buyers (who love him!).

Wayne and Loyce have two sons (Steve and Phillip), two daughters-in-law (Molly and Leslie) and the most wonderful grandsons ever born (Kyle, Jonathan, Cameron and Jeffrey). Family is important to Loyce and she passes on that sense of family to each and every client she works with. Moving is tramatic and understanding the stress and tribulations of a relocating family gives Loyce insight into lessening the stress on the entire family.

Outside family and real estate, Loyce and Wayne love to travel (particularly on board a cruise ship). Loyce loves music in her life, family and she collects antique and unusual brooches from around the world.
